You are the Brains. Without you, the CNC would sit there and stare at you all day. You are responsible for the exact input to the CNC as well as what the CNC outputs. As they say, "Garbage in - garbage out". That will also require you to be integrally involved in the design and execution of each project that requires a CNC's touch.

You are the Brawn. Without you, the projects would never make it to the CNC in the first place or to the customer. You are responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or installation of precast products along with any projects that may need special persuasion (i.e. boulders), whether within the facility or at the customer's location.
